Payment Terms

Payments are made 100% upfront. The pricing listed on the website at the time of check out is the only price that can and will be honoured. As soon as you place your order online, your credit card will be charged.

All prices are subject to change. Once an order has been placed, you do not have the option to redeem the sale price of any sales announced after your order was placed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Product Availability

If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” or “unavailable” and you will not be able to purchase that product. However, you can send us an e-mail stating what item you want and your contact information. Once the product becomes available you will be sent a notification, we will not hold product for clients, the notification is a courtesy to let you know your product is back in stock. You will only get your hair in 28 days if you pre-pay on the website. If you don’t pre-pay, you will have to wait till when the product is in stock

Alternatively, if any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfil your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Order Processing:

Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All orders received shall be processed and delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next working day. Once processed and transported, orders arrive within the time selected on the order form.
