• What do you make your wigs with?

  Zhymma braided wigs are made using the best quality, extremely light weight, 100% synthetic premium fiber.

• What is the density of the wigs?

  Wig weights are between 300g and 350g depending on style and length

• My braidweave is shedding some strands. Is this normal?

  It’s completely normal for your braidweave to shed some strands with wear. The shedding is due to the thinness of the strands pulling away from the hair and net of the wig. We have made allowance for shedding in the weight and fullness of the wig.

• Are the wigs made to order?

  At the moment, our wigs are made ready to wear and not to order.

  Note: You will only get your hair in 4 to 8 weeks if you pre-pay on the website. If you do not pre-pay, You may need to wait till product is back in stock

• How long does delivery take?

  Once your order has been received, we process and dispatch your wig within 3 working days.

  Your wigs will be shipped directly to your door step after 5 - 7 working days of dispatch.

  Delivery time may be impacted based on product availability. We do not dispatch on weekends and public holidays.

• Can I return my order?

  All sales are final with no exceptions.

  Exchanges are allowed only within 3 days of receipt and in the product’s original condition (new & unused) and original packaging.

  Please note that you will bear the cost of sending the product back to us.

  However, we will bear the cost of reshipping back to you.

• Do you ship worldwide?

  YES we ship worldwide.
